Our contracted carriers drop goods on the customer's doorstep and leave them in mailboxes. It is important to acknowledge that Hair Care Canada sells products that may freeze if exposed to below-freezing temperatures for a prolonged period of time. Goods that are received in a damaged condition are to be addressed with the delivery company/carrier and resolved independently of Hair Care Canada. Hair Care Canada assumes no responsibility for damages incurred once the goods leave Hair Care Canada Operations. Hair Care Canada guarantees' that all goods shipped are in a new, undamaged, saleable condition. Please include a copy of your invoice and/or proof of purchase. In the event leakage takes place while in the care of the carrier, the onus is on the customer to initiate a claim with the carrierĭefective goods must be returned to the manufacturer for replacement. In the event Hair Care Canada is responsible for leakage, a proportionate refund of lost goods will be issued.
